If notice of cancellation is received more than 40 days before the day tour, a refund will be issued deducting USD 300 plus bank transfer expenses and any penalties incurred due to the cancellation (mostly from service providers).​​​

What are the penalty policies for cancellations closer to the departure date?

• Between 39 and 31 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.

​​

• Between 30 and 21 days before departure: 60% of the total tour cost will be refunded. 

 

• Between 20 and 10 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost will be refunded.

​​

• Between 9 and 5 days before departure: 25% of the tour cost will be refunded.

​​

• Less than 10 days before departure (including no-Show): No refunds will be given.
